The hotel was modern and gorgeous. the location was magnificent, very close to an underground park and central areas. - the room was new-fashioned, stylish, and equipped with amenities like a safe, minibar, and central heating. - I would use this hotel again.

The hotel is new, well equiped and comfortable. Within a few minutes drive from beaches and restaurants on the beach.
It's ;ocated in a port town, which is not suitable for vacation or holiday. The address is not recognized by the gps system (TomTom) so I drove around twice before finding the hotel.

Good comfort, free internet, free parking, free bicycle which can be used to go to the beach.
Awful location in front of cargo port with gloomy sea cargo containers instead of sea view. No fitness, and poor restaurant menu (however fairly good cooked)

the receptionist is very nice and helpful, the decoration and facilities are very good too, you feel comfortable here although the view is a port only, you can go to nearby beaches within 10-20 min, a supermarket is just asise the hotel

Comfortable room with good space & facilities. Secure parking.
Lack of signage on arrival - nothing to say Sea Art Hotel! The decor in our room was a bit too much - one sea blue wall would be sufficient without the ceiling being the same.

I must say, the Sea Art Hotel's lobby and common areas do convey a sense of elegance and charm. The decoration is tasteful, with beautiful artwork adorning the walls, creating a soothing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate the effort put into making these spaces accessible and comfortable for people of all ages. The seating areas are cozy, providing a perfect spot to relax and chat with fellow travelers or enjoy a cup of tea in the common area.
If I were to suggest one thing for improvement, I would say that the hotel could benefit from more presence and assistance from the staff, particularly for senior guests. As someone who values guidance and support, I felt that the children working there were not always readily available or attentive to the needs of older guests.

The room was in excellent condition and well-sized.
There was no room service the day I stayed at the hotel, although it was clearly stated on the services info on the web.

Great for a one-night stay with modern amenities, fantastic location on the commercial harbor, and friendly staff.

it was in the location that worked for my travel plans. the room was very comfortable and stylish and quiet and clean. Continental Breakfast was very good. Close to small local cuisine. Next door to a small supermarket. Sea view. Friendly and helpful staff.
Sea view was of the ferry terminal / cargo terminal, which I didn't mind, but other guests might dislike. Hotel was difficult to find at night because there is no signage indicating what the building is.

the rooms are well, spacy and have a good design
The hotel is located on the worst spot of the Italian riviera. This is exactly in contrary to the just dishonest words on the hotel's own website. Positively said it has good traffic connection. To the busy street, to the cargo harbour and to the industry chimneys. Other annoyances like the cheapest orange-like juice at breakfast are not really important anymore.
